Mind-Body Pilates for Weight Management
Join us for this gentle Pilates class
designed to help you learn how to move your body to gain strength,
flexibility, and lose weight. Plus, we'll also focus on motivating
mind-body techniques to help with weight loss. This class is great for
persons new to exercise or those who have reached a plateau with their
weight loss.
Two 6-week sessions to choose from! Tuesdays, 5:45 pm, starting June 25 or
Wednesdays, noon, starting June 27. Cost is just $30 per session, free for
